DIRECTIONS FROM THE WEST

Take Mass Pike to Exit #4. Proceed to Route 5 South.

Follow this past the shopping centers and cinemas (approx 3 miles). The last traffic light will be at a McDonald's, where the road becomes limited access. Pass the first exit (Route 20) and take the second exit (Route 147) that puts you on a rotary. Immediately take the first exit at your right. You are now on Memorial Avenue in West Springfield.

Follow Memorial Avenue past several shopping areas and past the "Big E" Fairgrounds that will be on your left. Just after the "Big E," the road forks -- two lanes to the left and one to the right (landmark: at the fork there is a small closed gas station on right bend of the road). Take the left fork, but be in the right lane. This will take you over a small bridge (which connects West Springfield to Agawam).

As you cross this bridge you must be in the right lane. At the end of the bridge, exit right. Dunkin Donuts will be on your right after you make this right turn. You are now on Springfield Street in Agawam. Get in your far left turn lane as you approach traffic light just ahead.

At the lights, we are the white building on the near left corner (Landmarks: BankNorth on near right corner and BankAmerica in a strip mall on the far left corner).

Take a left at the light and then a left into our parking lot.
