John has over 20 years experience in all aspects of producing and directing effective and compelling multimedia communications. John is an accomplished videographer and as coordinator of the production and post departments, he is a key customer contact with involvement in nearly every project.

Harry has over 20 years of professional sales experience servicing the needs of a broad range of customers.   Harry is friendly and approachable, interested in understanding your unique communication needs to help you reach your target audience.

Mike is our head videographer/editor. With a background in both broadcast and commercial/industrial video production, Mike is skilled with a wide variety of cameras and non-linear editing systems including the Avid Media Composer.

Mike is our graphic designer and production assistant.
His skills and experience include graphic and web design, motion graphics/animation, audio recording/engineering, and field production work.

Chris is an intern in his final semester at Westfield State College and the newest member of the Penfield team. His skills and interests include scriptwriting, video editing, and graphic arts.

Kathy has over 25 years experience in a variety of management support positions. She has a strong commitment to exceptional customer service and assisting clients at every opportunity.

Julie has over 15 years experience in the accounting field and recently joined the team as our bookkeeper. Julie is responsible for all aspects of our bookkeeping.

After almost 32 years with the company, Brook and his family have relocated to Houston, Texas to pursue new opportunities.
